This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for subscriptions to the High EQ mobile application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by KloudStep LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Free Lessons
We offer one or two free lessons in our Service, allowing users to experience the features and functionality before committing to a paid subscription. These free lessons provide a sample of our content and teaching approach without any charge.
3. Subscription Management
Our Service uses Apple's subscription system for managing subscriptions on iOS devices. This means:
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account.
- You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
- We do not process subscription cancellations directly within our app.
- To manage your subscription on iOS devices, please follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap "Subscriptions" (or "iTunes & App Store" and then "Subscriptions" on older iOS versions).
- Select the High EQ subscription.
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" to prevent auto-renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the billing period.
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods after cancellation.
5. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Refunds for accidental purchases.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction with the Service.
- Refunds for technical issues or service interruptions.
- Refunds for changes to the Service or its features.
By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand and accept our no-refund policy.
- You will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring it is cancelled if you no longer wish to use the Service.
6. Apple's Refund Policy
While we do not offer refunds directly, Apple may provide refunds in certain circumstances according to their policies. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Apple's policies:

7. Subscription Terms

- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
- Authorize us to charge your Apple ID account for the subscription fees.
- Understand that your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Acknowledge that we may change subscription fees at any time, with notice to you as required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy.
